I'm Jane Bingham, 'rejuvenate' is set in the heart of Bottesford village
in the tranquillity of a garden room, my treatments are for ladies only.
Each session starts with a chat and a confidential medical questionnaire. A diffuser
fills the air with essential oils and calming music provides a warm welcome and
a relaxing environment. You'll be offered a complimentary de-caffeinated
drink at every appointment. My aim is that you enjoy the treatment and
experience deep relaxation to rejuvenate both your body and your mind.
I am fully qualified and insured for all treatments and I am a member of the following professional guilds:

Reflexology: I hour 15 minutes appointment: £30.00 Reflexology stimulates specific pressure points within the feet that correspond and connect to different parts of the body. This deeply relaxing treatment takes 60 minutes and is perfect for people looking to de-stress and boost their well-being.
Indian Head Massage: I hour 15 minutes appointment: £30.00
60 minutes of deep relaxation, including massage of the upper back, neck and shoulders and applying pressure to acupressure points of the head, face, and neck. This treatment can help to release tension, ease headaches / migraines, reduce stress, and boost energy levels, it also stimulates circulation to the hair follicles and can promote hair growth.
Please note: I use Jojoba oil to nourish the skin and hair but it will leave your hair looking oily.
Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage: 1 hour appointment: £25.00
45 minutes of massage using Swedish Body Massage techniques to encourage relaxation and relieve tension in the back, neck and shoulders. Reduces stress, improves circulation and posture and boosts well-being.
Swedish Body Massage: 1 hour 45 minutes appointment: £50.00 Deep tissue massage including full legs, arms, back, neck, shoulders and scalp.
Massage boosts general well-being, stimulates the circulatory system, de-toxifies, de-stresses and relaxes you, a wonderful way to rejuvenate yourself.
Rejuvenating Facial: 1 hour 15 minutes appointment: £35.00 Products used are tailored to your skin type and includes cleanse, tone, skin analysis, exfoliation, skin warming, mask*, facial massage, serum application, moisturiser, eye gel, & lip balm.
*The mask is on for 15 minutes, you have the choice of reflexology taster or hand or foot massage.
Facial: 1 hour appointment: £25.00: 45 minutes relaxing facial treatment. Products tailored to your skin type and includes cleanse, tone, skin analysis, exfoliation, mask*, serum application, moisturiser, eye gel & lip balm.
*The mask is on for 15 minutes, you have the choice of reflexology taster or hand or foot massage.
Rejuvenating Manicure: I hour 30 minutes appointment: £35.00* luxury hand care treatment includes: Trimming and shaping nails, cuticle removal / tidy, exfoliation, hand mask, massage of the hands and forearm. Painting of the nails with OPI polish or Gel polish. Finishing with moisturising hand cream and cuticle oil.
*Please add £5 and 15 minutes if removal of existing gel polish is required before the manicure.
Manicure: I hour appointment: £25.00* Trimming and shaping nails, cuticle removal / tidy. Painting of the nails with OPI polish or Gel polish. Finishing with hand massage with moisturising hand cream application and cuticle oil.

Rejuvenating Pedicure: I hour 30 minutes appointment: £35.00* luxury foot care treatment includes: foot spa, Trimming and shaping nails, cuticle removal / tidy, removal of hard skin with a foot file, exfoliation of the feet, foot mask, massage of the feet and lower leg. Painting of the nails with OPI polish or Gel polish. Finishing with moisturising foot cream and cuticle oil.

Pedicure: I hour appointment: £25.00* Treatment starts with a cleansing foot spritz and includes trimming and shaping nails, cuticle removal / tidy. Painting nails with OPI polish or Gel polish. Finishing with moisturising foot cream & cuticle oil.

Gel Polish Remove and Restore: I hour appointment: £15.00 For people wanting to give their nails (hand or feet) a break from gel polish. Includes removal of existing gel polish, trimming and shaping of the nails, cuticle tidy, application of OPI conditioning treatment polish, cuticle oil and moisturising cream.
